Mike was referred to me by a friend. I am a single mother and really was nervous about looking at homes. Mike really taught me a lot about what to look for when buying a home. Everything from foundations, to exterior issues and interior items to look at for major maintenance. I felt comfortable about the purchase in the end and very excited to move into the new home.
