Multiple members of my family have bought and sold many homes with Mike over the years, so it was pretty easy to pick him as our realtor after deciding to put our house on the market. Mike is attentive, professional, and honest when it comes to all aspects of real estate. He knows the housing market and has over 30 years experience buying and selling homes all over Michigan. Before listing our house, he met with my fiancé and me to discuss what home projects needed to be completed in order for us to have the best sale, and what we could realistically expect to list the house for. He walked us through everything we needed to know- which was particularly helpful being first-time sellers.
