Was very interested in what I had to say in regards to our very first phone call. He is probably one of the most patient people I have ever dealt with. My husband always had a lot of questions and Mike always returned phone calls in a timely manner and answered them to his satisfaction. He was always polite and calm and a lot of fun to work with. Would definitely work with him again.
