Since this was our first home, we were novices. We have been renters for a while, so we still had that mind set of “oh hey, we have settle for a while” Mike changed our mind right away! We relied on Mike a lot to help us understand the house buying process. He was always very open and would speak to us truthfully. He would consider things we didn’t, like re-sale, the neighborhood and if the house fit us. We had a few problems with purchasing our home, the inspection came up with things we didn’t know about and Mike was there the whole time. He always knew when to give us information and was very well spoken and lovely to work with. In this very tough, TOUGH market, it was great to know we had Mike on our side to help us find the right home.
