Mike Galinac and I go way back. He has sold houses for all of my friends and family. He has been so patient with me during this whole process. I have been looking for a house for 5+ years and there was not a time where I called Mike and he wouldn’t answer the phone. Some brokers might have told me to go take a hike, but not Mike, he picked up the phone and talked about all of my options. We would joke throughout the years about me getting a house and how he would make it goal before he retired to find me my first home! I can tell you that I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and I will refer him to anyone I meet that needs a realtor. His level of knowledge and expertise on the house marketing was exactly what a first time home buyer needed. There were many times we walked into a house and he didn’t hold back on telling me the absolute truth. ” Matt, don’t waste your time with this house, you can find one better, that fits your needs” I mean, that right there was something you rarely see. He could have sold me on any one of those houses, but he didn’t and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Mike will do anything he can to take good care of his clients, and has proven that to me!
